Q:How quickly will you ship my order?
A: All orders placed before 3:00 PM pacific standard time is shipped the same day.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Your order will be shipped from the closest distribution center to your location. Allow one to three days for delivery. Some special items take 2 extra days.

Q: Do you offer custom printed paper rolls?
A: Yes, we offer custom printed paper rolls. From company logos to return policies we offer many options for your custom printing needs. Q: Do you offer discounts on large volume orders?
A: When placing an order, a volume discount chart listing various quantities and corresponding prices will appear. You may also call, email us, or fill out a simple form found in Contact us page if you need contract pricing for your multi location chain.

Q: How secure is my on line experience is? A: We use Verisign's security products including SSL and encryption to secure orders and your data.

Q: How do I access my billing and order history?
A: As an existing registered customer, log in to your account and click on "My Account" to view your orders, invoices. Click "make a Payment" if  you wish to pay on line.

Q: How to return a product?
A: You may do so by clicking on "Request a Return" on "My Account" page or call us to arrange for return or exchange. Reboxing fees and shipping charges will be assessed if customer ordered the wrong product. Customer will be refunded as soon as the item is received by our warehouse.
